paperOne of the frustrating aspects of the job hunt is not knowing why you didn't get the call-back. Sometimes you sit there and think "I'm wonderful! Why does no one want to talk to me about it?" Of course, this is an unanswerable question; but, if the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results, then maybe sending out the same resume is insane.
