Dana Point Fireworks Extravaganza

Don’t miss one of South Orange County’s best aerial fireworks displays! Get out of LA proper and head down to Dana Point for a super fantastic sky party. Better yet, bring a radio along with you, tune it to KSBR 88.5FM, and check out the perfectly synchronized display over Doheny State Beach. It'll be almost like the very famous (and VERY awesome Boston Pops July 4th. You know, the one where they play lots of live patriotic music and light sparkly things over the water? Yeah, this'll be just like it.)

They've even got free shuttle buses so you can avoid a traffic jam AND see the prettiness! FREE shuttle buses will make round trips from Dana Hills High School to Dana Point Harbor from 10:00 AM to 11:30 PM. Bus stop at the corner of Dana Point Harbor Dr. and Golden Lantern. Please note that the last shuttle leaves the harbor at 11:30 PM. Buses do not run during the fireworks show. If you must drive, plan ahead. Parking lots at Doheny State Beach and Dana Point Harbor fill up very early. Personal vehicle access to the harbor closes at 7:30 PM; only buses will be allowed in during the closure. Harbor access will reopen after the fireworks show traffic has cleared out (approx. 10:30 PM).
