They pull all the stops with warped Hitchcock-esque strings, weeping moog, arpeggiated synths, recordings from a machine shop turned into beat loops, and rock-inspired bass lines, to mention a few. Sometimes nearly child-like in raw emotion, perfectly imperfect, and then relentlessly powerful.
