San Pedro 1st Thursday ArtWalk

So, 1st Thursday is a novel thought, and one I've seen in many a city across the country. Here, however, I'm talking about San Pedro - that little port of LA area that was annexed out back in 1909. There's a ton of Art Galleries & Studios that dot the old Downtown area. Maybe you want to attend an artist opening reception or watch artists at work? Guess what - you can! Plus, you never know who'll be performing in one of the restaurants - but it's worth checking out. Madonna and The Jonas Brothers both like the area, seeing as they each shot music videos down there. Takes less than an hour to get to from LA so maybe just maybe you can discover some new stuff? Yeah, maybe you should.
